Each unit is carefully prepared to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping.

Processing Time

• Made For You Collection: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your unit to be prepared before shipment.
• The Opulence Experience: Please allow up to 2 weeks for customization and preparation before shipment.
• The Exclusive Release: Processing times vary based on availability. Please refer to the product listing for estimated shipping information.
• The Vault: Ready-to-ship units are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. ÉLAN OPULENCE is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, ÉLAN OPULENCE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package cannot be located after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
