Processing Time

Each unit is carefully prepared to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before your order is shipped. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Local delivery and local pickup are available for eligible Philadelphia-area orders. If these options are available for your order, they will appear at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. ÉLAN OPULENCE is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, ÉLAN OPULENCE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
