Each unit is custom prepared with care. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before your order ships.

What type of hair do you offer?
We currently offer premium virgin hair. Raw hair collections will be introduced in the future.

Are the wigs glueless?
Our wigs are designed for a comfortable, secure fit. The Opulence Experience units arrive fully customized and ready to wear.

Can I customize my order?
Yes. Our Made For You Collection allows you to select your preferred texture, length, and cap size.

How should I care for my wig?
We recommend using sulfate-free products, limiting excessive heat, and storing your unit properly when not in use. A complete Hair Care Guide will be available on our website.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review our Return Policy before placing your order.
